By accessing or using NavisHealth AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
NavisHealth AI provides: healthcare organization research, referral intelligence, decision-maker discovery, outreach tools, healthcare business development tools, license verification tools, and CRM and workflow features.
Services may change without notice.
Users must: be at least 18 years old, have authority to act on behalf of their organization, and provide accurate registration information.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Users authorize recurring billing through Stripe.
New users may receive a 7-Day Free Trial. During the trial period, limited research credits may apply and certain premium features may be restricted. Trial access automatically expires.
After expiration, an active subscription is required.

All software, content, branding, workflows, and technology belong to NavisHealth AI. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
NavisHealth AI aggregates information from public, licensed, and third-party sources. We do not guarantee complete accuracy, current availability, business outcomes, or revenue increases.
Users are responsible for verifying information before making business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavisHealth AI shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, indirect damages, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform resources.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maryland courts.
